Tributes: Make a Lasting Impression
Tributes are a wonderful way to honor, thank or memorialize friends, family and loved ones. Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations...your gift can be for any occasion. You may specify if this is a tribute on the online donation form, or make a note when you mail in your donation.

$5, $10 or more each month add up at the end of the year! Sign-up online to make a gift monthly, or call us at (310) 450-4773 x. 253 to set up your monthly gift.
Your gifts of $5 per month will provide a book to 10 children at their well-child visit through WFHC’s Reach Out and Read Program. ($60 annually)
Your gift of $10 per month will provide prenatal vitamins for 5 women during their entire pregnancy. ($120 annually)
Your gift of $25 per month will provide an uninsured patient with a health care visit, including labs, imaging, medication, and health education. ($300)
Your gift of $50 per month will provide a one-day vaccine clinic for the community. ($600)
Your gift of $100/month will provide sexual education and reproductive health services, including screening, diagnosis, and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases for 10 young people. ($1200)

When you write or review your will, please consider leaving a charitable bequest to Westside Family Health Center.
